My name is Tonis and I am a consultant with hands-on experience in the markets of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
My portfolio includes management consulting projects in marketing and strategic management. To implement the changes in the company I have added conducting business training, as well as transition coaching, to my skills portfolio the latter supporting executives, teams and specialists. These following pages give you more information about the details of the services I offer.
Due to my expertise in marketing I worked for years as a “top gun” in a large distribution company in Kazakhstan. In the role of the Managing Director of Marketing and Strategic Development Department I participated in such projects as launching the first meat processing plant in Kazakhstan to conform with Western HACCP standards; as well as planning for the logistics centre set up, doing that in close cooperation with one of the leading logistics providers in the world.
Fluency in English and Russian has allowed me to generate exceptional results in many projects involving intercultural teams and multinational business.
I am looking for new opportunities to participate in new, innovative and challenging projects, where I could use any side of my expertise to enhance the results.
